Second way - virtual printer

The other way to convert one file to PDF is use Simpo PDF Creator Pro as a virtual printer driver. Open the file which you want to convert. Go to the"File->print".

 

Now a window will be browsed, select "Simpo PDF Creator Pro" and then click "ok".

It launches a new window. Click "Browse" to set the directory of your output file, and then click "Save PDF" to start creating PDF. Tip: select "Open PDF when finished.", the PDF document will automatically open after conversion.

 

Third way - user interface

The user-interface way supports batch conversion and combine multiple files to one pdf, this is an additional advantage that other two ways donot provide.

Step 1. Launch Simpo PDF Creator Pro. After downloading and installing the PDF creator, double click the icon on your desktop to luanch it.
