How to open and view PDF with free PDF reader?

PDF is a very popular file format in nowadays and it certainly will be more popular in future. As it is really useful to build a paperless world. PDF is platform independent, so you can not only view PDF in a computer, but also some mobile devices like iPad and phone. • right click the PDF file > go "open with" > choose adobe reader from ths list as the default program to open PDF > tick the checkbox saying "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file" > click "OK".
• Next time, you want to view a PDF file, it will be opend with the free PDF reader.

 

Most people may also meet a case that the PDF link can't be opened in a web browser. If you come across this question, just try this way to fix it.

1. Close all browsers and acrobat windows.
2. Start Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
3. Choose Edit / Preferences / General.
4. In the Options section, select Display PDF in Browser.
5. Click OK, and then exit from Acrobat or Acrobat Reader.
6. Restart Internet Explorer.
