Q: How long will I get your support response?
A: Generally speaking, we will send you feedback within 1 business day. For weekends or holidays, you may get a reply within 24 - 48 hours according to different cases. But actually, you will get a response in few hours or immediately in most cases.
Q: How can I remove the watermark?
A: You will see the watermark if you use an un-registered version. What you have to do is to registere with your registered email and registered code. If you haven't get the registered information, please visit http://www.simpopdf.com/buynow.html to place an order first.
Q: I've received a keycode, how can I register?
A: When you successfully purchase Simpo PDF products, you will receive an email including a download link and registered information.
First of all, you have to download product, uninstall the former version and install the new one.
Second, launch the program, click "Register" and then copy & paste the registered information.
Q: Can I get a trial version before purchase?
A: Of courese, we are offering TRY BEFORE BUY mode. You are welcomed to evaluate Simpo PDF products before you purchase. During the evaluation period, technical support is also available.
Q: What's the limitation of the trial version?
A: For Simpo PDF Creator Pro, PDF Merge & Split and PDF Password Remover, the only limitation is there will be a watermark on the output file; for other Simpo PDF converters , only first three pages will be converted if not registered. The functionality and support service exactly the same in the trial version and full version.
Q: Why my registered information is invaild?
A: That may be caused
by several possible reasons.
1. Entry Error. We recommend you directly copy and paste the registered information including in the email. Please make sure there is no space before or after the code.
2. Wrong Product. Please make sure you've purchased and download the right products.
3. License code is for old version, please download the lastest version and try again. If it's still invalid, please contact us.
Q: What can I do if I lost my keycode?
A: You could retrieve the keycode with your licensed email. Keycode will be sent immediately in most cases.
If you lost the order number, please contact us via support@simpotech.com with your email address which you placed the order. Keycode will be sent within 1 business day.
If you lost both order number and email address, we are sorry we could not do anything to help. Please contact SWREG or REGNOW directly to retrieve your order number with more detailed information if luck enough. So please at least keep your licensed in order to retrieve keycode instantly.
